Assessment
Each programme is designed to take into account the specific needs of those attending. Participants may be from one company or across a range of industries and disciplines. The programme will take into account whether individuals want to go into full or part time employment, develop portfolio careers or start new business ventures. Each participant is contacted upon booking to discuss where their current situation and their skills, experience and knowledge and objectives.
